  Abstract:  Mijloace utilizate în metodologia instruirii unor acţiuni tehnico-tactice noi. Activitatea voleibalistică de performanţă presupune informarea permanentă cu ultimele noutăţi din domeniu. Acesta este motivul pentru care ne-am preocupat în activitatea practică de instruirea unor acţiuni tehnico-tactice noi cum sunt serviciul din săritură, atacul cu bătaie pe un picior şi preluarea cu mâna pe sol în speranţa că informaţiile oferite vor fi utile în procesul de pregătire voleibalistică.
